Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes! While all products we sell are made with the utmost care and quality, if the product is faulty we will offer a refund or replacement. If the product is unused and is returned because of wrong size, it may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days. It must be in original packaging and condition.

What is your delivery time?
Subject to availability, if you live in New Zealand we will have your products to you within 7 days. If you live in Australia or other parts of the world, delivery is within 14 days. We will advise of any delays.

Where do you sell to?
Kumfy Kids sells worldwide.
Overseas customers will be charged in NZ dollars at the exchange rate that is current at the time of purchase.

After you place your order (online), you will receive an e-mail confirmation immediately. The message will contain the details of your order with the total amount that will be billed to your credit card, and shipping. This message is your receipt. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail notice stating what the problem is and what you need to do to correct it.
